01What does $149 cover?
Everything. Scheduling, quotes, invoicing, payments, the AI receptionist, the customer portal, reports, and QuickBooks sync when it ships (it's on the roadmap). Unlimited customers, jobs, and techs. There is no larger plan.
02What happens after 14 days?
You keep using it — the card you never had to add gets added if you want to continue, and you pay $149 a month. If you don't want to continue, your account closes with no charge, because there was nothing on file to charge.
03Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month means exactly that. Cancel from your account at any time and you keep the month you already paid for. We'd rather keep you with good service than a contract.
04Do you take a cut of payments?
No. We don't mark up card processing — it passes through at cost (about 2.9% plus the standard per-transaction fee) — and bank transfers cost 1%, flat. No cut of your revenue.
05Can I import my customers?
Yes. CSV import covers customers, jobs, and invoices. During your setup call we do it with you — you watch your data land, then we check it together.
06Is my data exportable?
Every record — customers, quotes, invoices, reports — exports to CSV and Excel, any time, one click. That stays true on the day you cancel. We also delete your data permanently if you ask.
